I am an unpaid reviewer and the views expressed on this site are mine alone. On this blog, I only feature books I would recommend to others, and do not usually publish negative reviews. If I do publish a review, I would appreciate a mention on the author’s website and/or social media.
I am not reviewing e-books at this time.
I will most likely review: literary fiction with a strong focus on character or setting; humourous or quirky fiction; non-fiction relating to language, society or the environment.
I may review historical fiction, depending on the focus.
I am unlikely to review: crime, graphic novels, romance, sci-fi/fantasy, thriller, anything overly graphic or violent, anything explicitly religious, most self-published material.
